Terms & Conditions

All product is shipped from our Merivale store. Each order is inspected individually by us to ensure the correct order is being delivered to you. 


Any returned product should be returned unmarked and in it’s original and undamaged packaging within 14 days of purchase. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card and will exclude shipping costs. Refunded amounts to your card may take up to three days to clear. 

Change of Mind:

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully. 

Sale items:

Items purchased on sale cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.  

Faulty items:

Where an item is received damaged, marked or a manufacturers fault is evident. Issimo reserves the right to inspect the damage product through accurate imagery of the item or by the item being returned to our store for inspection in person. 

Damage caused to an item through wear and tear is not deemed as a fault. 

If the item can be repaired, we will action this. If the item cannot be repaired, we will replace the item for you. In the instance which the item cannot be repaired or replaced we will refund your purchase of the original purchase price. 


Where Issimo strive to display imagery of product as accurately as possible, sometimes colour can vary due to lighting during the photographic process or changes can occur via the screen in which it is being viewed on. 

Gift Vouchers:

Currently all Issimo gift vouchers can only be purchased and spent in store.
